Microelectronics, cosmetics, chemistry, food bottling and packaging, composite materials such as carbon, precision optics, data retrieval procedures for electronic devices, sterile and non-sterile preparations for the pharmaceutical industry, biological compounds, cell cultures, are but the most common processes for which very high air cleanliness is required, which cannot be achieved with traditional approaches in simply clean environments.
